For this spring show, I was inspired by the look of lace and plaids laid together. From the sense that gave me, a fabric and color palette developed. Plaids added a punk element, prompting gold grommets as a common motif in the collection—as the fixture on each corset, as well as a decorative trim on select looks. Corsetry was utilized in each garment, not only as something I’ve grown to specialize in, but as a means of making silhouettes pop.
